Logan Airport
If your flight just landed in Boston or you’re on your way out of town, the T offers simple, accessible connections to and from Logan International Airport.
Getting to and from Downtown Boston
The SL1 bus picks up and drops off at every Logan Airport terminal, with connections to the Red Line and Commuter Rail at South Station in downtown Boston.
Service from Logan Airport is always free.
If you're headed to Logan Airport, transfers from the Red Line to the SL1 are also free.
Connect to the Blue Line at Airport Station via the free Massport Shuttle, which picks up and drops off at every terminal at Logan Airport.
The Blue Line connects to the Green Line at Government Center station and the Orange Line at State station.
You can board the ferry at the Logan Airport dock to Long Wharf (Downtown Boston), Hingham, or Hull.
Ferry service changes depending on the time of year, with expanded service during the summer months.
Any trips with The RIDE that begin at any Logan Airport terminal and end within three-quarters of a mile of an MBTA subway station are free to all eligible RIDE customers. This includes any stations or residencies within that distance.
Getting to and from Providence
The Silver Line 1 (SL1) bus offers connections to the Commuter Rail at South Station.
From South Station, the Providence/Stoughton Commuter Rail line connects to TF Green Airport and Providence Station.
