Public Meeting | GLT D Branch Station Accessibility Improvements (Virtual)

Event Description

As part of Capital Transformation, we’re making accessibility improvements to Waban, Eliot, Chestnut Hill, and Beaconsfield, and the designs for these upgrades have reached 75% completion. Please join the Green Line Transformation team to learn how we will make these stations accessible.

• Upgrades at Waban, Eliot, Chestnut Hill, and Beaconsfield will make the D Branch the first fully accessible branch of the Green Line
• Rider benefits include raised platforms for a faster, easier, and more comfortable boarding experience; better station access for pedestrians, cars, and bikes; and improved lighting, benches, and wayfinding
